Renovating an abandoned tobacco warehouse, this project assisted in establishing foundational spa​ce to help setup our clients for long-term success and growth.

The company started with about 10,000SF of leased space and has plans to take over the entire facility in time.

The City wanted a way to attract industry to their area by pre-planning for industrial project development to thus shorten the duration of time it might take for interested companies to transition to a new facility. Exoterra's design concept work started this very process of assisting our client achieve their goals. Offering buildings from 50,000SF to 300,000SF, this approach helped to attract a major manufacture.


What was once a pre-engineered canopy structure was converted into a full-service Break Room and a new Employee entrance.


Masonry color selections and details were developed to blend in with the exposed aggregate facade of the existing factory. The design solution was a budget-friendly response to our Industrial client's needs.​​

VIRTUAL BUILDING PROGRAM

Converting an abandoned tobacco warehouse into a new computer recycling facility and bringing new jobs to the County was the primary driver for this project. ​

Exoterra was hired to assist in design and Construction Document production to help upgrade this old building for decades of future use. ​
